Quote calculation tailored for the sign industry

Everyone knows how difficult and cumbersome it can be to calculate on a job. It takes a lot of experience to calculate quickly and correctly, and it also takes some computer skills to create a quote.

At Scandraft AB, we have developed a number of Excel calculations that can help your company calculate on jobs.

The largest calculation EasyCalc can do the biggest job for you. Enter the number of squares of each material, estimated working hours, number of starting costs, sheet metal, light boxes, etc. EasyCalc then generates a summary of profit, costs, quote and invoice. Scandraft's price list is included as standard, but you have the option to fill in your own.

Do you want something even simpler or don't need all of EasyCalc's functions? Then we also have solutions for you in the form of StickerCalc, PrintTransferCalc and CutTransferCalc. With these calculations, you can quickly produce a price for, for example, stickers with dimensions of 50x150 mm.

The calculations are incredibly user-friendly and only require that you have Excel 2003 or newer installed on your computer.
