As previously communicated, the Viscom business area has already been fully integrated into Scandraft AB's operations. The final step means that the laser & engraving business area will now begin to be integrated into Scandraft AB, as part of the entire operation now moving to Scandraft AB.

Igepa's acquisition of Scandraft has enabled IGEPA Group to establish a strong reseller in the region, together with its Scandinavian subsidiary Signcom Group, with headquarters in Sweden. The Viscom business area has already been fully moved to Scandraft AB. In addition, Signcom's former CEO Robert Nyblom has purchased the hardware part of Signcom's operations for his newly started company Signcore AB. Now it is time for the Laser & Engraving business area to be moved to Scandraft AB. The move has already begun and will be completed at the beginning of May. Scandraft and IGEPA Group's shared knowledge and service, which are now gathered under the same roof, will create added value for all our joint laser & engraving customers. Our customers will have access to a significantly broader product portfolio in connection with the integration of the operations, where we have gathered internationally recognized brands. This will enable us to offer our customers even more comprehensive services and expertise.
