We have had a high load on our switchboard for some time and therefore some of you have experienced that it has been difficult to get hold of us, you have ended up in the wrong number or in a queue or been connected too many times. After listening to the criticism, we have changed some of our routines and also expanded our telephone equipment to be able to help you more easily. We have also hired Anna Mikélsen as an order receiver and who you will probably talk to a lot when you call us. You can read more about Anna further down in the newsletter. In Norway we are now hiring 2 salespeople who will be able to help you in Norway. We hope that you will notice a difference and an improvement when you call us in the future.
