We would like to start by saying thank you to all our customers for their continued trust during the start of 2024.

2024 has been an eventful year for Scandraft, we have joined forces with the IGEPA group and merged Sign Communication Sverige and Scandraft AB into a joint company under one name to be able to offer our customers an even greater range of visual communication and engraving.

Scandraft and Signcom's ultimate goal has always been to be able to offer high availability through fast distribution and delivery reliability through a local presence and to always make communicating with us easy.

This integration has involved a lot of work moving materials, offices, warehouses and staff between two large units, as well as an integration of two systems into one, something that has taken longer and created more challenges than expected due to unforeseen events.

So, we would like to express our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you, our customers. We know that unfortunately, in recent times, we have not always been able to offer the fast distribution and delivery reliability that we strive for at Scandraft, and this is something we take very seriously! When it comes to something as important as providing our customers with the products they need and deserve, we do everything we can to resolve this.

So we want to assure you that we are working feverishly to resolve the situation as soon as possible. We are in constant contact internally and with our suppliers and are following up on every step to ensure a quick and smooth resolution to this challenge. During the integration, we have hired more staff to ensure service and expanded our expertise in new areas to ensure a quick resolution. Our priority is always to keep our customers happy and satisfied, and we take this responsibility very seriously.

We are open as usual throughout the summer and will work daily to resolve the situation to return to full capacity as soon as possible and ensure that you get the products you need without further delay.

We apologize once again for what happened and thank you for your understanding during this time. Your continued support and trust means a lot to us and we look forward to continuing to serve you in the best possible way.
