Braille
By using the RasterTM technology, you can easily create braille on any material. The engraving machine drills the holes and the grid balls can either be placed automatically or manually. As a milling tool, you use special milling cutters designed specifically for braille. This is to get the right precision on the holes. We recommend that you use our plastic laminate ADA Alternative to make signs in acrylic plastic, this material can be found under plastic sheets. Because the precision of the holes is so precise, the balls are held in place completely without adhesive. It is also possible to create signs in metal such as aluminium, in which case we recommend that adhesive is used to hang the balls in place.
