DTF Polyesterfilm Cold Peel

DTF Polyester Film Cold Peel is developed for professional DTF production and is used as a carrier for prints before the motif is heat-transferred to textile. The film is made of heat-resistant polyester (PET) and works together with DTF ink and hot melt adhesive powder to create durable transfer prints on a variety of materials.

Unlike hot peel films, the film is only removed when the transfer has cooled after heat pressing. This process gives the adhesive time to stabilize and improves the bond to the textile fibers, which often results in sharper contours, better detail reproduction and high wash resistance.

Cold Peel film is particularly appreciated when producing motifs with fine details, small texts and colorful designs where the highest possible quality is sought. The film can be used on both light and dark textiles and works on materials such as cotton, polyester and mixed materials.
