DTF Transfer Powder 5120 PES 80-170 µm is a co-polyester based (PES) transfer powder for DTF printing, specially developed for polyester textiles, sublimated garments, nylon and treated workwear. The powder provides strong adhesion, high wash resistance and durable transfer prints even on challenging textile materials.

Product Information
DTF Transfer Powder 5120 PES 80-170 µm is a white hot melt adhesive powder based on co-polyester (PES), developed for professional DTF production where high wash resistance and strong bonding to synthetic materials are required. The product is used together with DTF film and DTF ink to create durable transfer prints on a variety of textiles.
Unlike TPU-based powders, 5120 PES is especially adapted for polyester, sublimated textiles, nylon and treated workwear. This makes the powder an excellent choice when maximum durability and wash resistance are prioritized over high elasticity.
The powder has a melting point that enables safe and effective application and offers very good wash resistance at both 40 °C and 60 °C. It is often used in profile clothing, workwear and textile production where the textiles are exposed to frequent washing and daily wear.
