DTF Transfer Powder 9260 PU 80-200 µm is a white TPU-based transfer powder for DTF printing that provides soft, flexible and durable transfer prints on cotton, polyester and textile blends. The powder has a low melting point, high transparency and very good elasticity, which makes it particularly suitable for stretch materials.

Product Information
DTF Transfer Powder 9260 PU 80-200 µm is a high-performance polyurethane-based (TPU) hot melt adhesive powder used in DTF production to attach prints to textiles. The powder is applied to the printed design on the DTF film before curing and heat pressing, where it forms a strong, flexible and wash-resistant bond to the fabric.
Due to its low melting point and high flexibility, TPU 9260 is particularly suitable for materials that are subject to movement and stretching, such as sportswear, swimwear and other elastic textiles. At the same time, the powder gives a soft feel to the finished print and maintains good transparency after pressing.
The product is developed for use on cotton, polyester and mixed materials and offers very good wash resistance. The wash resistance is stated as excellent at 40 °C and good at 60 °C, making it suitable for professional textile production and profile clothing.
