EMBLEM Lamination Film Sand is a structured, transparent, self-adhesive, monomeric calendered PVC film. In the print finishing the laminate is used to give the print an even gloss level with low light reflections.

Product Information
In addition, the laminate protects against slight mechanical damage and blocking of the printed film in roll-up applications. The structured surface fulfils the slip resistance class R9 according to DIN 51130. The laminate corresponds to fire protection class B1 according to DIN 4102-1 and can therefore also be used indoors. The film contains UV stabilizers to protect the adhesive and the print. The highly transparent adhesive is characterised by a high degree of neutrality, which ensures that the colours of the print are not distorted after the lamination process. The high adhesive weight allows the MOLAMSA100 to be used for lamination of UV prints. This article produced in Germany complies with the EU regulation 1907/2006 (REACH).
